Danny began practicing law in Midwest City, Oklahoma, developing a general practice that included bankruptcy, divorce, workers’ compensation, personal injury, and civil litigation. Over the course of this career, Danny has successfully completed more than 2,000 bankruptcy cases-gaining deep insight into financial challenges and legal solutions that truly make a difference.
Over time, the practice evolved to focus heavily on real estate transactions, title work, and quiet title actions. This work naturally expanded into probate matters, where establishing clear title and resolving ownership issues became a key area of focus. Danny earned a business degree with a specialization in distributive education from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1975. Shortly after, Danny B. Nichols went on to receive a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1979.
