Probate
Losing a loved one is hard enough without the stress of figuring out how to handle their estate. If your family member passed away without a full estate plan—or left only a will—their assets may need to go through probate in Oklahoma.
Probate is the court process that identifies assets, pays debts and taxes, and transfers property to heirs. Whether your loved one had a will or died without one, we guide you through each step with clarity and compassion. For qualifying estates, we also help families use Oklahoma summary administration, a faster and more affordable probate option.
Most families face probate at some point, and our goal is to make the process as simple and stress‑free as possible. We handle the legal details so you can focus on what matters most—honoring your loved one and taking care of your family.

Estate Planning
Many people think estate planning or setting up a trust is only for the wealthy, but that’s a myth. Every Oklahoman—no matter the size of their estate—benefits from having a plan in place. Without your own will, trust, or powers of attorney, Oklahoma law decides who receives your property and who makes decisions for you.
Estate planning is simply making sure your wishes are honored. It lets you choose how your assets are handled, who can help you if you become unable to manage things yourself, and how to protect the people you love.
For families with minor children, an estate plan is especially important because it allows you to name guardians and provide financial security for your kids.
A clear, well‑designed estate plan brings peace of mind, reduces family conflict, and ensures your assets pass smoothly to the next generation.
